It will not let me buy anything it keeps telling me that shipping is not available.

I can’t say enough good things about this app! There were unforeseen problems with my shipping and I emailed What Not directly. They listened and asked insightful questions about my concerns and they ended up sending me a refund which came through immediately. This interaction with them just reinforced that they are a trustworthy company. I will definitely do more business with them in the future.

Just made an account and got instantly locked out after adding my address, number and verifying. Terrible experience overall and stuck going back and forth with bot support through email trying to dispute this error. Would def not recommend this for new users because you will get instantly locked out of any features.

Not friendly to international customers. High shipping rates. Giveaways are offered free for U.S.A. users. giveaways for international users, are not free, and sellers are not willing to spend the high shipping rates for international giveaways, so you are able to enter. Same thing applies to buyers giveaways. Not accessible for international users.

I purchased a bag and it arrived with a completely broken closure. This was not disclosed by the seller and WN determined it was not eligible for a refund. I’m out my money because of their shady practices and a seller not being honest.

Who will not regret.

This company has no way to vet scammers, nor do they care. I was scammed on this app and the company still hasn’t issued a refund. Can’t stress enough how shady this company is.
