A lot of people making money but not having the items to post out and making customers wait for a refund

Won a £40 silver coin on this app on a wheel. Seller never sent item. Contacted whatnot and they refunded me the money of the spin which was £5 but not the value of the coin. After complaining, they are still allowing the seller to run wheels and mystery games and doing nothing about it despite the seller scamming multiple people. Been contacting them for weeks about this and both the seller and whatnot simply don’t care.

Entered email to join up, asked for a mobile number, got an error message, then 30 mins later an email saying I’m banned! Zero customer support

Be very careful on here I tried it for the first time, hearing a lot of bad things but I wanted to make my own choice and unfortunately I needed up having a negative experience. Be safe

this app is actually horrible they didn’t even try make it work well there are pop ups constantly it’s so laggy and slow and nothing is working do not get this app it’s so bad

I have been using this all for a while, and suddenly I can’t bid on my favourite seller, I have sent 4 msgs over the last 10 days and had no reply to any of them so I have no idea why

The costumer service is very poor I’ve contacted on numerous occasions with no responses at all and still waiting, good place to buy items but if there’s any problem your on your own for weeks

Have bought from 3 separate sellers. Received damaged cards from each. Not matching description or what’s shown on screen. Would not trust to buy off here at all.

Do not waste ur time or money on this app it’s a complete scam that leaves buyers at the mercy of a genuine seller. Paid for a pack break and the seller stole the hits from the break and only sent the duds. Whatnot support was the worst customer experience I have ever had and a complete waste of time. They “refunded” me the cost of the card which was a complete lowball that was 80% of what was listed on TCG player not even on eBay what’s more is it was only a partial refund which covered 1 missing card not even the 6 missing items from the order so I got completely scammed. Which is a shame as the concept is actually really cool but the buyer protection on the app basically doesn’t exist so just prey that the seller ur buying from is actually genuine (most arnt) because when u get scammed whatnot will offer zero actual support. AVOID THIS SCAMMING PLATFORM!!!!!

Be prepared for this app to take money off you with no warning, when you verify it takes £10 out of your bank with little to no warning
