This would be extremely valuable for businesses to share advertisements, promotions, and announcements with all potential customers effortlessly. Currently, we have to manually save each customer’s number for them to see our status updates, which is inefficient—especially for businesses like clinics, shops, and service providers, where many customers may have saved our number but never contacted us. With this feature, businesses could reach all customers who saved their number without requiring prior interaction, ensuring important updates and offers are effectively delivered. We hope WhatsApp implements this soon to enhance business marketing and communication.
