WhatsApp Business

I have noticed on WhatsApp status, I don’t see most recent status post, some contacts remain on top, others have updated they status 3 hours ago but still show on top, click hold to preview is no longer working. This update is not good.

This app works well for day to day business use, but I would like if you could add the feature for booking client appointments. As someone who works with clients on a scheduled basis, it will be more helpfull if whatsapp could have the feature where I book the client (from my side with their information) and then an automated message could be sent to them through whatsapp as a reminder of their appointment. It would also be helpful like with the orders function if the appointment could indicate when payments have been made or not. Other than the lack of automated message, feature to keep appointments and payment notifications I feel like this app is very useful

For the first time since WhatsApp’s existence, I’m having the worst experience. I’ve been permanently banned for violating policy, I have no idea what I did wrong. I’m not given context or asked to explain. I honestly believe this could be a massive misunderstanding but I’m stuck in the loop of poor communication processes. I find an email online, I send it my request for support, it asks me to confirm my number and after I do it responds, they no longer look at banned accounts on email and I need to follow steps on WhatsApp which I tried and failed and can’t get onto anymore. At bare minimum I’d like the closure of knowing what I did wrong to lose my account of so many years

WhatsApp and WhatsApp business has been a revelation. Thank you for always updating the app. Please if you could make a way to arrange contacts from chats into groups . Such as work Or friend Etc… Not on a social group fourm just in the app it’s self allow chats to be organised in groups .

Hi, since the last update and change, my statuses show in different orders, no more on last updated times. So it will show a status update from 9hrs ago, then one from 3min ago then back to 2hrs ago as an example

Please allow us to remove WhatsApp stories from our app. I’d like to not see everyone’s updates.

On recent update, the WhatsApp doesn’t show notification when someone send me a picture, this is a worst update

These days you guys are making unnecessary updates. I can put a text status now and the status updates of my contacts are a mess. Not showing by recent updata. I hate this update 💔

Apparently I can’t be able to find option to post text status it only give me one option I used IPhone 13 Pro Max

Some of the updates they can be optional like the colours for example, right now the colour for WhatsApp business notification is green aside from the blue which was there.
