## wHealth Dashboard Description
¿Quiere sacar el máximo partido a sus datos sanitarios? 
wHealth está diseñado para ello. Realiza un seguimiento de más de 100 datos de salud, con gráficos claros y concisos, tendencias, objetivos, progresos y estadísticas, para que siempre sepas exactamente en qué punto te encuentras.

La aplicación funciona de forma totalmente independiente en tu iPhone, sin necesidad de un Apple Watch. Es una excelente compañera de la app Salud de Apple.

Para los usuarios de Apple Watch, wHealth proporciona acceso a todos sus datos. Con un año completo de datos históricos y visualizaciones gráficas basadas en métricas de salud y periodos de tiempo.

Utilice los widgets de iPhone y Apple Watch para realizar un seguimiento de los datos que le interesan directamente desde sus pantallas de inicio. Con wHealth, puede gestionar más de 100 tipos diferentes de datos de salud.

Altamente personalizable, puede configurar cada gráfico exactamente como desee, realizar un seguimiento de sus objetivos, comparar con valores anteriores, compartir sus resultados con un médico, exportar datos a archivos CSV y mucho más.

Agregar nuevos puntos de datos es rápido y fácil, ya sea hidratación, peso, presión sanguínea o cualquier otro tipo de datos de salud que wHealth soporte.

- Para ciertos datos médicos, wHealth puede definir automáticamente su meta ideal según su edad y sexo.

Solo para iPhone:

La mayoría de los datos que muestra wHealth proceden de la base de datos Apple Health (HealthKit) de tu iPhone. La app también gestiona ciertos datos de salud que aún no están disponibles en HealthKit, y estos datos se sincronizan automáticamente en todos tus dispositivos.

PRIVACIDAD: 
Como cualquier app de iOS, wHealth requiere tu permiso para acceder a los datos de HealthKit. Necesita acceso de lectura para mostrar los datos en el panel y acceso de escritura para permitirte introducir nuevos puntos de datos. Todos los datos de HealthKit permanecen dentro de la base de datos de HealthKit y en ningún otro lugar. Los datos en caché se almacenan localmente en tus dispositivos (iPhone y Apple Watch) para una visualización más rápida del panel de control y se eliminan automáticamente cuando se desinstala la aplicación.

La recomiendo, le añadiría por si se pudiese, que es cada registro, en plan que es por ejemplo soporte doble, Hrv, etc. Desconozco si ya lo tiene
