I honestly love this app but there’s a few things I want to change I don’t think you would have to get premium to add up more habits or get meditation but overall it is a very good app I would highly recommend
Seems like a helpful app except it is hard to use because “ something seems to b wrong”“ pops up and it keeps logging me out. Thanks for attending to this issue
this app is just so darling! the second i get on this app i start to heat spa music playing throughout my head lol!! a positive reminder is just what we need during these hectic, chaotic times. i really love this app.
I’ve tried lots of apps like these and I usually don’t stick to them, but the simplicity of this one makes it so nice!! ~ And I’ve followed The Happy Broadcast on Instagram for a long time so them making this app makes them even better. Love it!!
I love using whole it took me a while to get into it but now i do it every night to reflect on my day ik that sounds kinda basic and boring but it’s really helped reduce anxiety and build healthy habits

I only started using this app because of the constant reminder on @the_happy_broadcast’s page. I finally decided to give it a try and oh. my. gosh. It’s great! I’ve finally found an app that lets me work on good habits, practice meditation, etc without having to pay money or go through long (and frankly boring) “how are you feeling today? Really?” questions. It’s a good and honest app and I highly recommend it to anybody looking to work on their mental health.
This app is a really great start for people who are wanting to get into journaling. It helps to set the habit of getting on and thinking about your day. And although they have a premium option I don’t believe that it prohibits you from being successful on the app.
