It’s insane that we need to provide names, address etc to make an account on this. Why can’t we just buy a single ticket anonymously?! We used the ticket machines instead. TIP: in the oebb ticket machine, select city tickets

Tickets, routes, properly working map with stops. What would be nice though is to somehow „lock” myself to a specific trip, because many times I’ve accidentally went out of the trip I was currently following while riding the bus, and I had to search for connection again, and the app wouldn’t display the same connection, so I had little difficulties to determine how am I exactly supposed to change to next tram/bus/subway on that particular trip. Also no clear indication if the ticket I have is valid for some means of transport, which were dosplayed in the app (trains and busses outside city core area)

When you have to spend more than 30 sec to buy ticket it means that app is useless

App crash when you choose other country except Austria to register account. Fortunately you can also buy tickets in website when everything works ok.

This app is a joke. It’s impossible to buy tickets even though we tried on several phones - each was blocked at some point. Franz Jozef wouldn’t be proud of you lot.
