There’s no option to use an email address to connect like you can on a Windows mstsc session by checking the checkbox on the last tab if you have AzureAD joined devices. This is becoming more prevalent as local accounts and Windows domains start to fall into disuse (and Microsoft forces users to setup with an email address).  It still serves my purpose (for now) as I tend to use my desktop Windows PC for most of my remote access.

I’ve been using Remote Desktop to connect to my work computer.

We use Radmin, Remote Utilities, and TeamViewer to connect to clients computers, but when I connect to a client my keyboard doesn’t pass through to the client computer.

I have to open windows onscreen keyboard to be able to pass keyboard through to my clients PC

This issue doesn’t happen when I use RSP from my windows laptop.

Just why?  This is a remote desktop client, not a Windows instance that runs in an app.  It's not even solely used to connect to Windows hosts... in fact my *primary* use is connecting to Linux hosts using XRDP.  Calling this 'Windows App' just makes no sense even in a twisted drug-addled marketing department thought-bubble way.  Also the version that runs on Windows is literally called 'Windows App for Windows' 🤦‍♂️  Seriously, ease up on the cocaine Microsoft.

When using an external keyboard and monitor with an iPad, there are a few keyboard issues.  The "Del" key deletes 2 chars to the right of the cursor instead of 1.  Ctrl-Enter (for new sections in Word) doesn't work at all.  Ctrl-Esc to open the start menu doesn't work.
