THIS IS THE MOST HIGH FEES APP. NOT TRANSPARENT, ONLY USE EXPENSIVE GAS FEE NETWORK (ERC-20) TO SEND/WITHDRAW CRYPTO WHICH IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE NETWORK BUT THEY RECEIVE CRYPTO FROM MANY NETWORKS. SUCH A SCAM APP. THEY WON'T EVEN ALLOW YOU ESTIMATE GAS FEE UNLESS OWN THE ASSETS 1ST. NOT LIKE OTHER APP WHICH OFFER THAT KIND OF FEATURES. I'M WAITING MY ASSETS TO BE CONSOLIDATED TIL END OF MONTH THAN WITHDRAW ALL EVEN W/ HIGH FEE. THEN DELETE ACCOUNT N REMOVE THIS APP.

I was happy using this app despite the loss I had. Then they asked to redo the verification for whatever reasons, and despite proper documents I had provided the state never changed from “verifying documents” for months. Contacted support multiple times and got no response at all. I guess I lost my money to this scam.

The only major problem is that it doesn't connect to Apple Pay.

Listen to anyone that want or have anything to do with this App please stay away from it. No customer service to speak to and it hold your money and it won't let your withdrawal your funds. I transferred money from my bank account into this online account app and every time try to get my money out it won't let me send it and when you do report it through the system help portal in place nothing get done. Please if anyone or new customers looking to join this app stay clear away from it
