I like how cheap everything is but it takes FOREVER to get what I ordered
Horrible customer service!
Does not help with expensive items. If merchant makes a mistake it’s up to you to chase them for your return and they expect you to pay $100 to ship it back to China and I used Wish Canada. I’m reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I ordered 2 expensive boots and they we’re incorrect! Wish won’t assist me. I’m out $180.00
Scam
This app shows it delivered my parcel to pickup location but at that place they're saying they never worked with wish and now i'm not getting refund or my package. I hate these scams

Do NOT order anything personalized
I ordered a personalized dog collar but there was no mechanism for specifying the personalization. I tried to give the details to Customer Support BEFORE the order was processed. I couldn’t get them to understand the issue. I tried cancelling the order but I couldn’t do that either because of the bundling. They went ahead and processed the order. When I tried to return the collar, they expected me to pay for the shipping. I completely disappointed with Wish and the vendor.
