The new app disappoints on every conceivable way; you can’t control your interior lights like in the previous one, you keep getting unknown issue occurred, you can’t add any new products… I just bought a Wiz camera and 5 new bulbs none of which I was able to add. What an experience!

anytime i try to change the color or turn the lights off with the app it says ”unknown issue occured something went wrong, please try again” and it keeps repeating it. i am on wifi so it can’t be because of that. i have tried to restart the lights and delete the app but still nothing works. i’ve managed to change the color only a few times. never had these issues with the old app. also can’t dim the lights or turn them brighter. i have to turn them off from the switch. this app sucks

This app is great but it’s really hard to get the lamp working so It’s sometimes good 👍 but it’s also very hard when you try!

The widget looks horrendous. The biggest issue with the widgets is they lack interactive buttons. There is no reason to open the app every time to execute an action.

Add button on the rigth corner doesn’t work. Removed and installed app, but still the same. Neither works wiz advisor which offers option to add new bulbs. Amazing job. Ios version 17.6.1.

Upgraded from old version and now my bulbs are disconnected and are not connecting again. The app is half-baked and not all features or buttons are working at all. Few different languages are shown.

“+” symbol to add new device does not work. It does nothing. Support is useless and doesn’t understand me.

This app has so many bugs, that I am amazed they published it. The few new functionalities do not make up for all the lost connections and removed light settings.
