XLZ4KG Very sad and angry, we are your customers, we always travel with Wizz Air, today we had a plane and we missed it.. We entered Terminal 1 and they treated us badly, we did not find an address to talk to them and communicate, no one helped us, not even the information office, we arrived late because our car had a flat tire, we were alone, the Wizz Air reception is closed and there is no representative, it was 12:45 we had the barcode and we checked in, and the bag was 32 kilos, they asked us to leave it or put the clothes in bags, they made us look bad and insulted us while we were carrying the bags, and after all that we did not find anyone to help us, there is no representative from the company and time was wasted and after a long wait without an answer from anyone we returned home, we have disappointed from Wizz Air and the treatment they treated us at the airport
