## WMS Mobile 3 Description
The WMS Mobile application allows drivers to easily see how many delivery orders have been assigned and where the orders need to be delivered.  Drivers can make real-time delivery order status updates to the DART Baggage Tracking System. WMS will send delivery coordinates to WheresMySuitcase.com to allow customers to see the location of their delivery order.

App is not fluid with the work flow.  I thought a new IPhone would help this app. It made it worse. This app slows me down.  Never know when a submitted picture/signature goes through until you leave the delivery.  I never get messages the customers ask me about.  I think these features would make delivering all around safer and more efficient for everyone involved.

Hi, I use this daily, I believe if we have something marked out for delivery, customers should not have the ability to place on hold. We have the bag out with us. Some delivery drivers don’t live close to where you have to take it back too, or the office is locked and cannot bring it back. 

Also when the customer sends us a message, we should have the ability to respond through messages.

First the ability to text customers from the app would be helpful. 

Secondly when marking a delivery as attempted there should be a prompt to take a photo showing why the delivery can’t be completed.

This app needs a 21st century technological checkup. In comparison of apps from similar industries, this one remains in the stone ages. It would be wonderful just to have the option to text and call. In my experience, customers respond to a text message, but often let a call go to voicemail.

Hi, the app has been slow, crashing, unable to log in. Can we get the developer to fix this issue?
Before this, it was working excellent.
And there are 20 of my team telling me the same thing.
So we would really appreciate if you get this fix asap.

When it works, it works but needs updating. Unlike many other apps that update regularly this one doesn’t do that. Runs slow and crashes at the worst moment when you are at the door delivering. Also would be great to have a text pax option.
