I downloaded the app and paid for the league pass with the hope of using chromecast to get it on my tv only to find the app doesn’t allow chromecast from an iPhone. Makes it really hard to watch the games as a phone screen is nowhere near large enough. Without this option the league pass doesn’t make sense to pay for honestly.
App doesn’t even work
When trying to subscribe and creating an account, there is an error that appears - “We’re experiencing some issues loading the page. Refresh or check back later.” I tried on multiple occasions to subscribe and this always happen. It’s like the app does not want new subscribers for the league pass anymore. Entering the birthdate when creating and account is very glitchy as well.
I chromecast or airplay games on my TV from this app but the stream cuts out and it logs out of my league pass account…every…single…time. Super frustrating.
Great app to keep with the games and stuff tho I’ve been unable to subscribe to get a league pass for days now.. kinda defeats the purpose of having this app on iPad
When I first downloaded it the app just froze but now it works. Excited to try it out.

as a recently new WNBA fan & app user, i was looking for ways to watch the games and was excited to see there was a WNBA app! unfortunately, because im in spain, the games are at late hours like 2am and i can’t always be staying up late to enjoy the game. same thing with NBA games, i have nba league pass but rarely stay up till 4am to watch the game. with the pass, i wake up notifications & banners of recaps now, my point is, i think because the WNBA is gaining more traction around the world, it would make sense to have the student discount available through universities worldwide. the NBA app didn’t have my spanish university listed as an option and i filled out a form to get it approved and it was perfect. i now have league pass for an affordable price my second point is that when i cast to my TV, im no longer able to see things player profiles, game stats, etc. would this be a fix in the future?
Please bring back the chromecast function. I literally bought a chromecast for watching the wnba and then your updates took it away. I raised this issue with tech support months ago and it has not been fixed.
What horrible developers!!!
