I love how this app encourages community! For example, the pictures next to the names of people who sign in help me learn the names of the people I’ll be working out with! I also love how it shows who’s celebrating a birthday on a particular day and who has a birthday coming up! If someone is celebrating a birthday on the day I sign in for a class and the person with the birthday signs in too, there’s a little cupcake with a candle next to the person’s name!

This app provides everything needed for those especially in group fitness classes such as CrossFit log their progress and view/book classes. It also presents an opportunity for fellow members to see how one another is doing and root them on. I do like the feature that shares gym locations especially when traveling.

### ***** "Wonderful App keep everything at you finger tips"
This is a fanta app. I'm just an end user, so much of what makes this app so a lot of this is due to the fact that the gym I go to, CrossFit Elysium (remember the name because it's setting the gold standard), keeps everything up to date. The fact that I can choose what notes to put on leaderboard and which ones to keep to myself is awesome! 
I would recommend this app to any gym as a must for your members.

I’ve been using this app on and off for years, and having recently returned after a long absence it’s seems to be even better than I remember it. I contacted customer service to help me with merging my acc as I’m not technically gifted, only to find it had been done for me pretty much straight away. The staff are quick and polite. First thing that needs to go is the double sign in. If I reserve a class, that should be it. Maybe other gyms have no-show issues but I’ve been charged for failing to sign-in despite being in the class. It’s not always checked by the coach. Make it optional for the gym and send notifications. It’s hassle for something that shouldn’t be and a bit of a dark pattern.  Previous gym used Mindbody and it wasn’t ever an issue.

Wodify deleted our busness TWICE within 2 months and it is not possible to directly get in contact with them. Its a nightmare recieving hundreds of emails with no support. 

The system has more bugs, glitches, and down time than every other website and app we use combined and they are still arrogant about there own problems being "user error". 

this app is many years old, and the reviews were so bad it appears they took it down and uploaded a new app, i beleave it was 2 stars with thousands of reviews before they re started and that would be a honest perspective.

check out BBB, they have a 1 star review that is much more accurate.

### *---- "One of the buggiest apps of all time"
It’s mind boggling (as a non-developer). In the 15 years of being in the iOS ecosystem never have I encountered an app that needed as many updates as Wodify, yet the functionality rarely improves or differs. It’s as though they need a version for every individual’s phone or configuration.

It feels as though the functions provided are so simple compared to 98% of the apps out there.
An interesting case study to understand how it has been so sticky and not yet displaced by competition. 

Hate to be all critique and no solution but this has been my experience for years.
