WTF?

I am already subscribed to a student account and paying every 6 months from the website, then when I logged in from the app it says basic and wants me to subscribe again? Is this a scam? Paid for the app even if it doesn‘t make sense just so I won’t have to visit the website every now and then, and this is what I got?

Sudden Language Changes

When I tapped into the "Mathematics" section of the app, the language becomes Japanese. After that, all of the other results become Japanese as well. Is there an option to change the language within the app?
