Waiting almost three hours now for an order that is stuck in being prepared and was supposed to take 30 min tops. Customer service bot replies irrelevant information and there is no way to know when it will arrive as the ETA keeps increasing. 700+ orders in the app. And that was my last one. Money gone and no order in the horizon. Thanks wolt for a "wonderful" service. Never had such a lousy experience anywhere. Hope for you to see my money for that order back

I started using Wolt a few years ago after having terrible experiences with another food delivery service. In the beginning, Wolt was refreshing—prices were fair, orders arrived promptly, and the customer service was top-notch. I was genuinely impressed and became a loyal user for a good reason. However, over time things have changed drastically. Prices are now outrageously high, and the overall service has taken a nosedive. Wait times can stretch into hours, and when you finally reach out to support, it often feels like they’re doing you a favor just by responding. This is a far cry from the attentive and prompt service I once knew. To make matters worse, it seems like Wolt’s success has given restaurants a reason to increase their prices by around 50%. Coupled with the declining quality of service, it’s hard not to feel trapped by a company that once led the market in user satisfaction. The sad part is that the app itself—the product of talented developers—is still fantastic. The user interface is smooth and intuitive. It’s management that has dropped the ball, transforming what was once a shining example of a great delivery service into a frustrating and expensive ordeal. I truly hope I never have to rely on Wolt again. They built their reputation on fair pricing and exceptional service, only to let their customers down once they became a dominant player in the market. It’s a cautionary tale of how quickly a great company can lose its way.
