They don’t allow you to use Wolt credits to place orders on the app. So never ever select a refund to app credits - always only to your bank account! Also they will increase delivery and service fees once you try to pay with those wolt credits. Scammy company! I prefer to use Bolt Food instead.

No matter at what time we order food, the delivery is always late… and not by 10 mins, at least 30 mins but now I a M waiting for more than 1.5 hrs. I can’t even contact customer support
Why is there a “clear auto-translation settings” option but not a “always auto-translate” option? Is this app really going to make me manually select auto translation for every restaurant menu that I view?
i ordered a loreal shampoo and they change my order to shampoo of other brand without asking me, as they claimed that the original product was out of stock. the order cannot be changed or cancelled. i was forced to take and pay for the random product that i did not want. they said i should have set it in the preferences next time. i suspect that the company is trying to sell unwanted product in this way. also there’s more loreal shampoo in other styles, but they choose to give me something really cheap. really bad experience.
I am using them for a year now and it is a constant gamble. Are they gonna send me rotten veggies or just forget 90% of my order completely? Will customer support answer or I will be ignored for an hour or so? Will my order be delivered or the courier will give it to someone else? The app itself is decent nothing special. But everything else about Wolt in Belgrade just sucks. I am tired of them
I have concluded over 100 order over the last 2 years with wolt and the service has become within this time span worse and worse. The cherry on the cake was when my food which nearly cost 30-euros arrived slightly late and completely cold with 0 taste. Upon several requests my compensation was granted but not nearly equaled the total value. I definitely cannot recommend wolt to anyone!
every 5th order fails. I then need to draw their attention. They then fix the problem temporarily. They never fix it permanently.
top food delivery service ever. On my heart - totally recommend to use wolt everywhere where you can) I’m using this service on 3 countries and always get amazing service. Also application is really comfortable to use with cool UI an UX things. I’m totally in love with wolt ❤️
