Wolt Delivery: Food and more

After using the app for over 2 years with very decent results compared to competition I have been shocked by the following situation. +100 orders Ordered a burger with estimated delivery of 30-40min Put my phone in my pocket Check the phone again and the new delivery time is 127min Contact customer support to cancel the order After over 1h of talking to customer support order cannot be cancelled and I will have to pay in full for and order that I cannot even receive because I cannot wait for so long at the location. Needless to say I will be deleting this app as I was massively disappointed with the way my situation was handled

It took them one hour to deliver my food and it came cold and no explanation given

While in Israel, I got delivered the wrong meal. Wolt issued a refund, which was nice of them. But I couldn’t use it in any other country where Wolt exist. When I was back to Israel, the refund credit expired, but they refused to extend it even though it expired just a couple of months before.

The food is always great but every time I use the app, the courtier always accepts the order although they are 20 minutes away from the restaurant and are ALWAYS delivering previous orders which makes me angry. Today I made a order at 19:20. It’s currently 19:52 and the courtier hasn’t still take the order.

I installed the app in budapest to have delivery food and it took more than hour for each request, the app told me 15 mins and kept pushing the delivery estimate…

As a foreigner in Latvia I have been using this App for three days. On the fourth day I can’t order anymore, different cards of different banks, including Apple Pay, I get blocked. Support states “…our system was unable to verify this purchase … this process is fully automated and we are not able to do anything about this…” Well thank you very much! If I could award a zero star, I would.

finally that someone thought about good customer experience in this area! the service and speed of delivery may vary depending on restaurant service and distance but overall a very good experience, with food delivered within 20-40min on average

It takes more than an hour for the food to come. Regardless of the restaurant. Bolt is by far the best alternative.

לא רק שלוקחים 18 שקל דמי משלוח ועוד 2 שקל דמי תפעול. ההזמנה מתעכבת ואז גם ״נגנבת״ לשליחה, מקווה שהיה לה טעים לפחות. טעויות בהזמנות בלי סוף.

They almost always late and the customer service is hell! Just use Yango and save yourself some time and a lot of anger.
