Woolworths app works great and is very easy to navigate, however at the moment there is a glitch that when my online order has been confirmed and packed you cannot view any changes or substitutions made to the order, it only appears with a blank screen.

It’s a great app for mum. Woolies app has everything that’s sells. Butter. Cheese. Chips. Lollies. Pants. and more. But it needs a log in and creating a account to make a “Wishlist” but I think that is a bit too much workers out in the aisle stocking stuff. I love It!

Fix app for iPad mini 7. Terrible user experience. Looks like I’m on an iPhone 5. Super annoying. Ordering groceries is exactly the kind I do activity you’d want to do on a mini rather than phone or larger device. But won’t use as is

“Server error” everytime i try to place my order. It doesn’t allow me to use my woolies GC even though i have money on it. Staff is just helpless since I’ve reached out many times and they only send me the same script and say it’s probably a temporary “glitch”. Or give me a $0,25 voucher as “a sign of good faith”, what a joke.

I have signed up twice for a yearly delivery with Woolies and they have never once disappointed. Every single item is accurate and all products are cold and fresh. It’s well worth the small yearly fee to have unlimited deliveries to my door.

The app has recently stopped displaying the missing items from the order. Won’t load. Used to be helpful to get the information in an email as well rather than getting an email to say items were missing and then having to go through to the app to check on what they were. With that function not working now I kind of have to guess what’s missing! Please fix.

Since the Christmas updates to the app, the estimated totals in Lists no longer work. Please fix!! Really, really annoying. As a work around, I have to change settings from ‘In Store’ to ‘Pick Up’ and add everything to the shopping cart. Then repeat if I make any changes. UGH!!!!!

The see on map and navigate feature is cumbersome and takes too long to locate an item … and it get it wrong. I realise it’s in beta but there’s a reason beta products shouldn’t be released to the public. 

I just want a simple search function where items are listed on a results page *with* the isle number on the same page.
