Great Game and Customer Service
I have been playing for years and love this game. I had to replace IPad and lost all my Levels and Hints. Contacted Apprope and they were super helpful. Reinstalled to my current level with my hints. Thank you ...great helpful service Fantastic Customer Service and fun game !

Too Many Ads
You get a long ad after every puzzle. Stupid and annoying. Deleted after the first level.
Great word app
This is one of my favourite games - it is challenging at higher levels and doesn’t have lots of ads or distractions. The support staff have been helpful when I had to start over as well. One word of warning once you lose the app you need to start again - which is why I only gave 4 stars..,
Awesome team
I had trouble with losing my history and being sent back to level one. The developer team resolved this and I’m back at level 1200 - awesome! I think I would have given up if I’d had to repeat all of those levels - very happy customer!! Many thanks!!!

Mostly very enjoyable, but recently there is ghosting behind the puzzles of previous pages. It’s hard to see the grid and very annoying.
I paid twice and still have ads!
