I contacted the guys who created this game with a seemingly unsolvable problem, not only did I get a really nice reply, but with a lot of support and help they solved my issue! In this day and age you don’t expect to get a response never mind updates & help on anything IT related, but Aubrey and Daniel are 2 guys who actually care about the people that play their game! Since the recent update I have not been able to use this app. It drops out every time I press it. I have been playing this app every day for over 930 days and was really looking forward to many more days. I am 80 yrs of age and it keeps my brain working. Can it be sorted please.

Unable to complete todays Shamrock Event, as there’s an error in the board. The second word is on the 4th or 5th board is incomplete, so you’re unable to move on from that game to the next round.

I love this game but please could it have a list of words found so I don't have to write them down when I reset?
Also fishdom ad is very annoying as it doesn’t have an opt out after 5 minutes and even at the end of the ad it’s hard to get rid of.

I’ve played this game for a few years now and thoroughly enjoy it.  I play daily hoping to keep the brain active but what’s the point of daily puzzle streak! It doesn’t give extra hints for completing say, a week and why on the weekly challenge do you only earn one hints and not five or ten. Love to hear your comments

I’ve been playing this game for sometime now and the further I’ve got into it the more you work round the words and the more seemingly errors you make until such time as the provider wants you to go forward. There were three or four different words I’ve just been trying to put in over the last two days which in fact were correct. You could’ve got five stars.

I have this game on my iPad mini for a few years and love it ,
BUT! I have a new iPad and it’s driving me mad as I play one 3 letter word and them there’s a full page really annoying game ad that I can’t close ,I read that if I bought some coins these long ads would disappear but NO ! Why , I bought the coins 
Is this a con now ? Surely not , I can still play on my old iPad mini but the coins I bought on this iPad have not registered on that one . Canyou help ? I loved this game

I got hooked on this game a couple of years ago and completed all 1000 levels. After ages failing to find anything that grabbed me as much, I’ve gone back to it and started again. Now there’s almost 3,000 levels and I’m half way through. My only major wish is that it was game centre aware so I could play on my iPad and my iPhone.
