This app is an utter disgrace and a waste of time. It is a typical deceptive game that “allows” you to “cash out” at $7.00…problem is, you’ll never hit $7!!!! I’ve already played 100 levels, and I’ve been sitting at $6.50 since level 35!!! What a complete joke, sham, and absolute shame this game is.

This game is a lot of fun. It is a great way to pass time by. My only issue is, I am at $6.50 and now anytime a scratch ticket comes up It says I no connection. I have full connection on WiFi. I even checked to see if there was an update but it’s not an issue on my end. Game has a bug and needs to be fixed.

I wish I could give it zero stars yall it do not hit the $7 minimum payout amount no matter what it’s going to stop at $6 and some change don’t let this game waste your time I’ve been playing it for months just to get fooled never again will I trust this just go to attapoll

It doesn’t let you get the $7 needed to cash out so your stuck at $6.55 and never win any money and now the game keeps loading and don’t even let me get my scratchers. Booo it was ok when your bored and waiting around. But now I’ll have to uninstall it.

I just like playing the game, don’t care about cashing out. For the past week I’m getting “can’t connect to servers” error messages when trying to open app. I’ve contacted them several times and get the same scripted answers, but no help. Telling me to check the clock, etc. it’s on auto, always has been on auto. I’m not trying to cheat, just wanted to play the freaking game. Get same error on iPad and phone. Sad.

Right when uu get to 6.50$ it keep you right there if uu really want to get some money go download “Justplay” now that game is real I play it everyday. I have been playing this game for over 18 months. I play this game to help my memory abilities due to being older You cannot cash out money unless you’re over seven dollars. I won $6.55 but now I can’t access it. They used to give you hints to help you with the puzzles. But they have become very stingy with the amount of hints you can get. the gold bars that you need in order to get help when you’re stuck are expensive or you can look at their advertisements and if, only if you participate in the advertisements, will you get gold bars. The advertisements are misleading and will subscribe you into whatever business entities that they are promoting whether you want them or not. the $10,000 lotto that they want you to play has nine entry choices and each choice you make you get to watch an ad. The cash money that they claim you can win, I have never gotten three of them together on a scratch it, so nothing there. I have spoken with Support on many occasions, and all I get is what can be referred to as the “company line “!! The sweepstakes that you can purchase tickets to enter I have never won. So overall, I’m not happy with this app!! What is wrong with Words to Win?? The game told me I had to update. So I did update. Now the game is all messed up. I tried to send a message to app support. Your screen won’t take my email address so I can’t send a message so everything is effed up. Why what’s the problem?
