## Workday Description
Workday-appen erbjuder säker, mobil tillgång till Workday när du är på resande fot.
 
Det här kan du göra som anställd i den lättanvända appen:
• Granska din lön, visa eller ansöka om ledighet, klocka in och ut på arbetet, skicka tidrapporter och skicka utlägg. 
• Få push-aviseringar och påminnelser för tidsbevakning, viktiga uppdateringar och godkännanden. Utföra olika aktiviteter direkt från appen.
• Bläddra i företagsregistret, läsa dina kollegors profiler, lämna feedback och gå utbildningskurser var du än är.

Det här kan du göra som chef oavsett tid och plats:
• Godkänna förfrågningar från dina anställda.
• Visa profiler för ditt team eller enskilda personer och direkt utföra det som krävs av dig i din roll. Det kan till exempel vara att ändra ett jobb eller en ersättning, eller lämna feedback om en medarbetares prestation. 
• Hålla kontakten med din verksamhet genom att snabbt sätta dig in i vad som är viktigt med hjälp av interaktiva rapporter och samlingsbilder.

Även om du skulle tappa bort din mobiltelefon eller den blir stulen, kan du alltid vara säker på att dina data är skyddade. Genom stödet för Touch ID och Face ID är det bara du som kan få tillgång till din information. 

Obs! Din organisation måste tilldela behörighet till Workday Mobile-appen. Du kommer bara att ha tillgång till de Mobile-funktioner som din organisation har aktiverat för dig baserat på den roll du innehar. (Det är inte säkert att alla Mobile-funktioner är tillgängliga för dig.) 
Vissa Workday-funktioner är inte tillgängliga i Mobile-versionen.

För svårt. Att vara tvungen att lägga in 38 timmars vecka på en helg extra är ju bara dumt.  Hela programmet är dåligt. Strul när man ska logga in. Får ange saker om och om igen. 
Svårt att navigera. Faktiskt ett i raden av dåliga program. Har man inte en guide framför sig så är det kört. Har man en guide framför dig så får du ändå gissa vad du ska välja på vissa saker. Att göra en kurs och se till att programmet fattar att man har gjort den kursen är omständigt. 
Att kolla upp vilka i teamet som har gjort vilka kurser är svårt. Att söka bland kurserna är ännu svårare. Vi på stationer som kanske lägger in en ny anställd en gång per 2 år eller längre, hur ska vi komma ihåg och eventuellt gör man inte ens på sammansättning längre.🥺🥺🥺🥺
