Worst customer service ever do your self a favour and don’t use them service

This software is a nightmare for business. It stop working again today. Calls are not coming, some not recording. Pages are not loading, sometimes to use some reports you should reload it, if you changed filters. It is junk. Their referral programs are not working, whey will not t pay you, i brought them 4 customers. This software only for schedule and invoices, no any working analytics, schedule you should refresh all the time. Waiting few weeks to move to another program.

We have repeatedly tried to cancel our subscription, but they ignore our emails and calls and continue to charge our card.

There is no opportunity to cancel the subscription in the app. You need to call them to cancel your subscription, they confirm it and never cancel. Their customer support is awful. It takes forever to receive any response from them when there is any problem. They have multiple negative feedbacks on BBB from people having the same problem

Horrible app, full of bugs that make it difficult to use. Workiz customer support is horrific and is running my business into the ground. We used to use Jobber, and it was a far better software.

These guys are scammers. I had a plan and paid $274 monthly, and it was a prepaid subscription. I decided to cancel the subscription. On March 3rd they charged me for the next monthly, on March 6th I decided to cancel the subscription. I had an online meeting with them and the cancelation was successful. Yesterday on April 3rd I was charged again for the next month. I called them and they said it takes 60 days to cancel the subscription. There is no guarantee I won’t be charged in May 3rd because 60 days won’t pass. They are scammers

Everything is perfect until the day you want change to last version (3,4 months ago) everything in last version is messed up maybe you not believe it but I can still see the jobs from two years ago in my schedule 😅

Glitchy on IPhone 12 & what happened to the invoice tab from the side menu?

The app is amazing. But since the last update, I can’t sign in on my phone, only on my desktop.

Can’t use app after update. Awful
