Whenever I try to pickup shifts in the app I get an error message saying “Error, External system rejected the request: The specified location is invalid, please adjust the location.” but I have NO idea what that means!!!

I have not been able to view my time card in over two weeks. I have spoken to my manager and a few people in my company have this issue, but not all of us. We have no way to resolve this internally unless many of us have the issue, and no way to report user specific issues to WorkJam. Please resolve this as I need to see my time cards to ensure proper punch in, and I have used it up until now as a way to plan ahead with my pay. I now have to manually calculate my hours and that takes away from time to work on school etc. It’s a small thing, but it was really convenient when I simply saw my hours calculated for me as my breaks aren’t included.
