Using mobile, Photos cant be easily swiped left or right. Toggling from one photo to next, would need to close the existing photo first and then tap to the new photo. There are instances also you can’t just directly tap to view a photo. ‘Reaction’ emojis would prompt instead.

Please provide ability to remove shorcuts like that of facebook app.

Please fix, your mobile and desktop version are not working properly after the update: 1. Slow response 2. Some buttons (send, call buttons) not working as properly as then should be. 3. Delays on the receiving of WC messages. 4. Cannot answer calls properly. Loud speaker automatically turns off. Thanks!

So far the app is smoothly good. Very responsive in dealing communications. My only question is dark mode applicable on iOS devices? Thanks.

Please let us edit our names in this app. I thought it was necessary. Now, cant even change it. Pls provide an action so we can change our names. Someone might use it in whatever purposes that may affect our security. Thankyou and God bless.

I tried to login both for the workplace and workplace chat apps, unfortunately it is not allowing me to access my workplace account. I checked my login using Google Chrome web browser and was able to login. It is either a glitch that needs to be fixed or will never work at all. Frustrating as this could have been a good way to communicate with colleagues at work. Not the best app and not user friendly at the moment.
