Been using the app for more than a year and my counsellor always gives constructive feedback via text or call. The ability to text whenever I have something to share helps me articulate my thoughts and gives me the freedom to add as much details as I want without taking up too much airtime like you would during a traditional session - so you have more time to focus on the real work during your live session.
A good experience. The Counselors (Joey and Brenda) that I have encountered were both helpful in giving me practical advice. The support team has been flexible in accommodating my needs. Very convenient that I can access help on my phone instead of having travel for counselling. I can also choose confidentiality by turning off the video during live sessions.
