The new version of the app doesn't turn on the cameras when I'm away in a reliable manner, it randomly works. Wyze customer support is just a useless AI bot.

Very bad experinece
I am using the cameras from Argentina, and the video transmission latency and speed are very bad. The functionality to search for historical video clips also works poorly and slowly. A year ago, it worked much better than now.
Don’t change if it’s not broken
The previous version wasn’t that pretty but worked much better. Was quicker to upload the video feed. And for example now is really buggy the turn off buttons of the camera.
Useless worldwide except USA or Canada
Impossible to even register if you are in ANY other country than USA or Canada.

Lot to improve
Idea is good and the concept is great but the hardware works horrible. Many time it takes 10 min to connect to Wi-Fi networks until it scans the QR code. And the wire keeps disconnecting from the camera with a minimum movement.

Wyze started as the great surveillance camera Revolution, but turn it to the biggest fiasco. Every day trying to sell another damn subscription and restricting more and more the free options to the point that this camera became useless. It’s cheap and work as a cheap camera
