Always eliminating features that you paid for
The application always reduces its features and asks you to subscribe in order to access them. I bought the cameras from the first version and the feature of recognizing people was included in the device for free, then they removed it and made it a subscription even though I bought the cameras with those features. Also, the design of the application and pop-up windows that constantly ask you to upload videos make you feel like they are interested in getting your videos and invading your privacy. In the latest update, when you want to save a video in an album, the application requires permission to access all photos. I have become accustomed that every time I update, there is something that is not in your favor.
