Very unacceptable!!!!
I subscribed to X premium, you withdrew the money, I still didnt receive the blue tick or features. I looked up, its cause I didnt have my mobile connected. Ive been trying for a WEEK and I keep requesting an SMS code and im not receiving it. Then you banned me for 48 hours, I waited, tried again to connect my phone, kept requesting a code to connect it, you say you sent an SMS but i still dont receive it. Then you banned me for 48 hrs again. I subscribed because dont allow us to message someone verified snd you took the money and i still didnt receive the features. None. So unacceptable.
