Unacceptable Changes to VPN Device Limits
Dear X-VPN Support Team or whoever in charge of this new update I am absolutely baffled by the recent changes to your VPN service. Reducing the number of devices from 5 phones to 3, and forcing me to use the rest on PC and TV is not only impractical but also incredibly frustrating. And if don’t use VPN on PC or TV what should i do now?. This means I’m now stuck with only 3 devices, despite paying for a service that previously allowed me 5, you see how frustrating that can be?. This decision makes no sense and feels like a complete disregard for your customers’ needs. Why should I lose access to devices I’ve been using just because your new policy doesn’t align with how I use your service? This is a significant downgrade in value, and I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this change has left me seriously considering whether I should continue using your VPN or search for alternatives. I expect a solution that allows me to use all 5 devices as I did before. This is unacceptable, and I urge you to address this issue immediately.
I can’t use my premium on 5 phone anymore!!
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the recent update to your VPN service, specifically the change in the number of devices allowed per account. Previously, I was able to connect up to 5 phones under a single account, which worked perfectly for my needs. However, with the new update, the policy has been changed to allow only 3 phones, 1 PC, and 1 TV per account. This change has significantly impacted my ability to use the service as intended. I do not own a PC, nor do I have any interest in using the VPN on a TV. As a result, I am now limited to using only 3 phones, despite paying for a service that originally allowed 5 devices. This feels like a reduction in the value I am receiving, and it has left me unable to utilize the remaining 2 devices I previously had access to. I understand that updates and changes are sometimes necessary, but this particular adjustment does not align with my usage or needs. I kindly request that you reconsider this policy or provide an alternative solution for users like myself who rely on connecting multiple phones. At the very least, I would appreciate the option to customize device allocations based on individual preferences. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I have been a loyal customer and have appreciated the quality of your service, but this change has been disappointing. I hope you can address this issue and provide a resolution that works for all users as soon as possible. Looking forward to your response.
