This application collects data that is unnecessary for the purposes of setting up your modem, and whose only conceivable use is to permit limits to better profile you, so that you may be more effectively sold to. The app additionally fails to set up the modem. I hesitate to remind everyone that modems did not require an app even three years ago, and that you are now being forced to use an app to perform a function modems used to handle on their own. Its only purpose is to better collect your info, and one should rightfully question what else a company so inclined is liable to take. Read your contracts folks.

They let tenants from my old place schedule an appointment under my account to set up wifi after I moved and cancled my services. They were able to go over there to set it up and change my things under my account without even checking ID or verifying that the account they are setting it up to was actually theirs. Complete violation of my privacy as I can see there were changes made in my account and i was charged for their services. Also the live chat assistant will send you through a wild goose chase to actually connect with a live assistant that i was never able to reach even after selecting guided options. It suck’s that this may be the only wifi option in the area for most but run if you can.

Terrible. Couldn’t update things. Would keep switching to Spanish. Shouldn’t have fixed what wasn’t broken. And for the price my internet shouldn’t always have be reset multiple times a day to stay on.

I am totally blown away that I pay more than $300 for subpar internet and cable service. Internet and TV service are inconsistent and require regular visits to the Xfinity app…where you can’t speak to an actual person and nothing ever gets resolved. People should really launch a class action lawsuit against this awful company..

Pretty worthless when it won't sync with new modem. Customer service is no help either.

The worse app ever

Your company does everything it can to not have direct contact with customers. Your virtual assistant is a joke to get to a live person. You haven’t got my bill correct for like over half a year.
