Launching camera
Very bad launching camera Once we opened the app and press live camera then we must wait for a long time and mostly it won't launch at all
Connection issues
This is the second generate of Mi Home. The first died after 1/2 years and maybe 4 uses. The current set of 3 cameras were great when I bought them. They did have connections issues but they would quickly remedy themselves however after 2 years and 2-3 uses. They do not operate the way they should. They drop connection and sometimes doesn’t connect at, the mic doesn’t always work, the tracking doesn’t always work, all the uses I need in the camera works the way it should and this is only after 2-3 uses. Expected much more and far less issues.
Connection failure
I have been always trying to connect the camera device to wifi network but always failed and keep saying trying again won’t connect easy to the device to my phone either.
Reconnecting
I’m living abroad last 3 days back my building owner change the WiFi password now I’m not able to access, it’s showing offline device I don’t know how to connect again please guide me how can I reconnect again because I’m not able to go home currently.
360 not working properly
The 360 camera brought from Dubai outside India is installed in India and is not working properly. It cannot be rotated or moved anywhere except for online viewing. Human detection is not available.

Sound is distorted
After a year, both my cctv mics are distorted when you listen to the video on your phone. Good for just a year.
Fix it
Please fix the camera with an update. My camera is blind on night. The night vision stopped with last update. Please fix it
