Our patented immobilization system is designed to improve the quality of life of patients, the existing problems of the current immobilization systems, as well as to reduce the costs and times of professionals in the sector.
The design of the openings in all the immobilization are based on organic forms, with rounded ends to help the evacuation of water and moisture and provide the whole of a great comfort in contact with the skin.
They also facilitate the rehabilitation tasks of the physiotherapist from the day of the placement, of the cures and monitoring of the wounds, in the case of post-operatories.
Our immobilization system does not produce any kind of itching or irritation on the skin. Its low weight and design makes living a normal life as normal as possible. Shower and dry normally, to be able to use clothes without having to cut them or have to make modifications (as long as they are not too narrow), etc ...
The printing systems for printing XKELET immobilisations have the European health certification and FDA. The consumable is certified as biocompatible material and complies with ISO 13485 standard.
We have developed a software capable of scanning any part of the body, taking out anthropometric data and building immobilization automatically, for its production in 3D printing technology.
The software requires the use of a hardware consisting of an iPAD and a STRUCTURE scanner. Xkelet has designed a "case" case to adapt the correct placement of these two components. Improving the total ergonomics of the devices, providing protection, grip and disposition on any flat surface.
We designed the software for the orthopedic and trauma treatment areas, adding the value of the design in each piece manufactured and with easy-to-use tools for the medical specialist.
We are collecting the point cloud from body parts to generate a mesh.
We collect this information to generate personalized immobilization products.
We scan the limbs using the TrueDepth API and we use that mesh to design the personalized immobilizations.
Our third parties behind our app can visualize the scanner but cannot download or modify. The scanners are stored in our Google Cloud Storage.
