## Xpectations!® Plus Description
The convenience and value of a mobile debit account is now available in an innovative app to help Xpectations!® Plus customers manage their money, access full account features and get the protection they deserve.Xpect more with improved features, enhanced protection and low fees with the Xpectations! Plus Debit Card:

• No monthly fees with $500 of eligible direct deposits¹
• $0 Purchase Transaction Fees²
• Overdraft protection up to $300 with opt-in and eligible direct deposits³
• Get your payroll up to 2 days early, or government benefits up to 4 days early with direct deposits⁴
• Free nationwide ATM network, including all PLS stores⁵
• Transfer money from your linked debit card or bank account⁶
• Send and receive money using the SendMoney feature
• Keep your money safe - lock and unlock your card⁷, contactless chip-enabled card, receive fraud text alerts⁸
• Free reloads at PLS when you load cash onto your Xpectations! Plus Debit Card⁹

Online access and identity verification (including Social Security, TIN or select US ID type or Foreign ID types) is required for card activation and to open an account. Mobile number or email address verification and mobile app are required to access all features.

1. Monthly fee waived whenever you receive payroll or government benefits direct deposits of $500 or more in the previous monthly statement period. Otherwise, $5 per month.
2. There are no pay per use fees on purchase transactions when you use your Xpectations! Plus Debit Card.
3. Up to $300 overdraft protection with opt-in and eligible direct deposits. Fees, terms, & conditions apply
4. Early direct deposit availability depends on payor type, timing, payment instructions, and bank fraud prevention measures. As such, early direct deposit availability may vary from pay period to pay period. The name, Social Security, TIN or select US ID type or Foreign ID type number on fi­le with your employer or benefits provider must match your Xpectations! Plus Debit Card account to prevent fraud restrictions on the account.
5. See app or website for free ATM locations. $3 for out-of-network withdrawals, plus any additional fees the ATM owner or bank may charge. Limits apply.
6. Customer can transfer their funds from another debit card or bank account to their Xpectations! Plus Debit Card account in minutes for a small fee. Limits apply to bank transfers and are subject to your bank’s restrictions and fees. Bank account verification services provided by Plaid. Activated, personalized debit card required to make a bank transfer. See Deposit Account Agreement for terms and conditions.
7. Previously authorized transactions and deposits/transfers to your account will function with a locked card.
8. Message and data rates may apply.
9. There is no charge for cash reloads at PLS Check Cashers locations. Individual retailers other than PLS Check Cashers locations may charge a fee.
10. Activated personalized card, savings vault and enrollment are required. Purchases made using your debit card are rounded to the nearest dollar and the difference is automatically transferred to the designated savings vault. PLS may cancel or modify Savings Round Up at any time without prior notice. Transfers may be voided if the debit account does not possess sufficient funds.
11. Interest paid quarterly on the average daily balance of savings during the quarter up to a $10,000 average daily balance and if the account is in good standing.  Fees on your primary deposit account may reduce earnings on your savings account. 1.00% Annual Percentage Yield (APY) and 0.99% interest rate are accurate as of September 2025. APY and interest rate may change before or after you open an account. See Deposit Account Agreement for terms and conditions.

This app doesn’t work. I was told that now I get to see my balance right away, but when I had the PLS card I would get a notification on my phone saying that money was added or subtraction. I’m having trouble logging in and it’s suppose to email me and I don’t get no response. I even check my Spam and it’s not there. I would be mad if I have to pay for this garbage.
