Nach den Update funktionieren einigen Sachen besser, aber der Icon zeigt mir 134 Anmerkungen. Ich gehe rein, nur 4 Benachrichtigungen ungelesen. Wenn ich rauskomme, wieder gut und nach einer Weile wieder 134!!

I was recently directed to download the new version of the Xplora app and delete the old version. But the new version is so full of bugs and most of the features do not function as well as before.

### **--- "Leider nicht zuverlässig"
Die Ortungsfunktion dauert viel zu lange. Der Akku der Watch hält max. 1,5 Tage. Die alte Version der App war intuitiver. Standort häufig unzuverlässig. Telefonqualität aber immer gut.

Es ist schon nervig immer wieder sich anzumelden, wenn man ein Update installiert.

Bei einem Notfall muss der Knopf 10sek gehalten werden. Meines Erachtens ist dies in einer wirklichen Notsituation unzureichend. Den Knopf 3x hinter einander zu drücken wäre sinnvoller. Dann sollte mit einer Vibration gekennzeichnet werden, dass es geklappt hat.
Schulmodus mal eben in den Ferien rausmachen, nicht möglich. Einen Tag klappt es und dann ist er wieder drin. Fernabschaltung geht dann auch, wenn nur einmal oder kein Mal. Uhr hängt sich dann im Schulmodus auf. Notfallanruf funktioniert nicht. Mein Anruf auf die Uhr, wird dann als besetzt angezeigt.
Seit Jahren ist das schon so. Schon x-mal bei unserem Sohn bemängelt und bei unserer Tochter haben wir leider den gleich Fehler nochmal gemacht und diese Uhr gekauft. Warum? Weil es keine wirkliche alternative gibt. Weiß Xplora das? Ja! Denn darum wird hier auch seid Jahren nichts geändert!

### ***-- "Keine korrekten Informationen"
Die Uhr ist an und für sich ein gutes Instrument um in die Kommunikation mit dem Kind zu treten. Auch das sich die Kids selbstständig anrufen können um sich zum Spielen zu treffen. Seit dem neuen Update hab ich allerdings den Eindruck, dass der Standort nur noch sporadisch aktualisiert wird. Selbst wenn man es manuell probiert, kann der Standort nicht aktualisiert werden. Die Uhr haben wir primär auch wegen dem GPS gekauft um ein sicheres Gefühl zu haben wo unser Kind ist, wenn das weg fällt, kann man sich auch für ein anderes Produkt entscheiden. Die Live Ortung funktioniert auch nicht zuverlässig. 
Das ist alles in einem nicht wirklich gut.

For almost a week now the App and Watch do not communicate. I do not get the update on the whereabouts of my son, I do not get a notification if he receives a phone call and he didn’t receive the message I sent him from the App. Highly disappointing giving that it’s not fulfilling its purpose.

Das ist jetzt die zweite App von Xplora, die ich verwende. Auch die alte war nicht in jeder Hinsicht professionell. Die neue ist noch schlechter. Wichtige Funktionen sind gut versteckt. Aktualisierungen des Standortes der Uhr funktionieren in ca. 1 von 5 Fällen nicht.

I have thousands of unread messages according to the app icon badge… just can‘t see any inside the app.

One child thankfully grew out of this, but I can’t remove her device. 

The location tracking is extremely buggy… sometimes my child is moving several times between different security zones many kilometers apart while just physically remaining in one.

Suddenly showing the home location of a friend who’s in the same room and doesn’t even have an Xplora watch raises data security concerns.

Sehr schwierig bis unmöglich jemanden zu erreichen. Ohne Vorwarnung wurde man abgemeldet und weis nicht mehr wo das Kind ist. Wollte auf die email um jemanden zu erreichen stand da direkt error! Sehr schade die Uhr war nicht günstig und ich hab nur Probleme. Die Uhr verbindet sich nicht mehr mit dem wlan keine Ahnung warum. Echt schade bei dem Preis

Was soll bitte dieses neue Design? Zum Einen wurde mir keine Update angezeigt. Die ältere Version hatte von gestern auf heute einfach nicht mehr funktioniert und meine Daten konnten nicht geladen werden. Also habe ich die App deinstalliert und neu installiert. Siehe da, eine komplett neue App ohne Ankündigung! Aber jetzt kommts. Wo sind der Aktualisierungs-Button und der Verlaufs-Button geblieben??? Das kommt jetzt zur richtigen Zeit, wo mein Kind gerade im Ausland auf Abschlussfahrt mit der Klasse ist. Gebt uns die alte Version zurück. Die neue ist unbrauchbar!!!

Meine eigenen Kinder können untereinander keine Nachrichten schicken, mit den Nachbar Kindern jedoch schon. Das kann ich weder meinen Kindern noch mir selbst erklären.

Falsche Benachrichtigungen (seit heute plötzlich auf Französisch)… Kennzeichen beim Icon: >400, dabei wurde die Uhr nur eingeschaltet… Standort funktioniert nicht… Nachrichten kommen nicht an. Usw!

Eine der schlechtesten Apps, die ich in den letzten Jahren installiert habe - leider ist die Uhr ohne sie wertlos.

### *---- "Schlechte IOS App"
Die App auf IOS ist richtig schlecht. Die Aktualisierung des Standorts funktioniert nur sehr sporadisch. Egal ob der aktuelle Standort abgerufen werden soll oder die Ortung aktiv ist. Sehr oft kommt die Fehlermeldung „Aktualisierung des Standorts nicht möglich“ oder es passiert einfach nichts. Wir hatten zuvor Android Undorf war die App deutlich übersichtlicher und funktionierte auch ohne Probleme. Es wäre super wenn Man diese Ortungsprobleme so schnell wie möglich fixen könnte, da dies ein sehr wichtiges Feature ist.
