I purchased the watch for my daughter as a Christmas gift. It works great for guardians but other family members are unable to complete account set up due to the recapture verification. After attempting several times on different devices we were unsuccessful. They must be robots) Having an account & the app installed is the only way the watch can receive & send text messages (outside of the guardian). I’d be cautious of purchasing this watch.

This thing is garbage. If you want what all these offshoot brands offer save yourself some time and frustration and just buy an applewatch. It’s expensive but worth it if you want the convenience of a phone on your wrist. I personally would never but surely it’s great for some professions. I bought it for my daughter for the tracking and checking in and it won’t connect the majority of the time and the location services are not available or accurate most of the time. All said and done it was a waste of three hundred dollars.

I’ve had two of these watches. Now, both watches have had consistent issues connecting, I am more than often unable to call, message, and use the GPS function. Contacting customer service has proved a lengthy and un useful process. Would definitely recommend looking into another company.

My child can’t call me and when I call him it says “not available “ or hear when I call him but he can text .The gps works when it wants to. My main reason for using this is so that he doesn’t have a phone to access the internet and so I’d know where he is when he’s not with me.

I have been trying to activate this watch for my son since I got it a few days ago. When I go to pay for the montly subscription that I want, this thing pops up saying “ Failed to place your Order

And I’ve emailed the company multiple times and have yet to hear back from them! Shame on them! I bought this watch for the simple fact of that I can track him, make sure he’s safe, and so he has a cool watch. I’ll

Everything is great other than he’s only able to send voice memo and photo to me who created the account through the app. I want him to be able to message and send photos directly to all the people I’ve set up in his contact list. I can’t even make his father a guardian to also track his location or send him voice notes or pictures :(

I’ve had two watches for my daughter and they both have stopped working. I had a replacement for first. I reached out to service on the second and never received a response. But, I don’t want to use them again if it will break again. I was just charged over $100 again for some reason and need it removed as the watch hasn’t worked in months. Very disappointed.

I try and call or message my kids and they get the message hours later or not at all.  The GPS has then at their friends house for two days now even though they’ve been home with me.  My one son was stuck in school mode for the first week of summer even though I turned off the school mode the day school ended.  Xplora needs to get their data/message refresh working.
