Beschreibung
XPRIMER is a functionally advanced system that supports, among other things, the management of individual production phases, business process management and human resources. It is a system that consists of several interconnected modules responsible for improving individual business processes.
The mobile version of XPRIMER covers several areas of a company's operations: personnel management (XPRIMER.HRM), production records (XPRIMER.MES), toolroom management (XPRIMER.TCS) and maintenance management (XPRIMER.CMMS).
Access to XPRIMER depends on the individual configuration of each user and is determined by the administrator. The application supports multilingual operation. Logging allows the use of two-factor authentication (2FA).
XPRIMER.HRM
The XPRIMER.HRM module gives access to the employee's key information on terms and conditions of employment (e.g. holiday entitlement, work schedule or pay slips) anywhere and anytime.
Employee self-service allows users to submit requests, e.g. for holidays, overtime, private leave, remote working, requests for certificates and requests for materials necessary for work. It is also possible to see work schedules, the balance of hours worked in a given pay period, T&A readings, the available amount of holidays and check ones salary slip.
XPIRMER provides the possibility to submit a roster request for preferred working hours or a day off, to enter a fixed availability that can be included in work schedules, to send an electronic request to the HR department to update data (e.g. bank account, other personal data) and to submit or withdraw a declaration on the use of childcare for children under 14 years of age in accordance with Article 188 of the Labour Code.
In XPRIMER supervisors can review and accept submitted roster requests, reported availability and check employee attendance based on T&A readings.
XPRIMER.MES
The XPRIMER.MES module for the recording of production processes allows the employee implementing production processes to report on the progress of production operations, record events occurring in production, e.g. machine downtime, non-production activities, etc., record working time for a given production order/operation and manage materials and semi-finished products (e.g. recording of warehouse transfers, allocations on the machine, etc.).
XPRIMER.TCS
The XPRIMER.TCS module allows the management of tool storage, including registration of tool releases intended for use in production and tool releases directly to employees, registration of tool returns with determination of the remaining service life and tool scrapping.
In addition to this, it is possible to report on the execution of a service order for tool reconditioning or validation and to manage materials and consumable parts for tool reconditioning service orders. The department's workflow managers can also be involved in these processes by assigning requests and service orders.
XPRIMER.CMMS
The XPRIMER.CMMS module provides maintenance management. It delivers information on reported failures, activities and service orders. The maintenance worker can register service requests, receive new requests and report on status. On the other hand, the person in charge of the department from his/her desktop can manage service requests and orders and distribute work among subordinates.
The application also allows the recording of the working time of maintenance employees and the management of materials and consumable parts.
In XPRIMER it is possible to reject a service order and inform the supervisor about it, as well as automatic assignment to an order and starting work on it immediately after acceptance of the service request.
