Parameter error, so cannot use app remotely

Works quite fine outside my home network. You just have to add the IP address to DMZ in your router and enable UPnP

Stupid app doesn’t work when you on a different WiFi or on mobile data It only works when I’m at home on the same WiFi as the device 🤦🏼‍♂️ will this be fixed or not

Starting to hate this app. Keeps on crashing if you switch hands from SD to HD. Maybe time to switch to eagleyes or something

Whenever I try change the camera quality to HD, the app crashes

The app is working very well when you are connected to the same WiFi where the DVR is connected to - It do not connect when you are on a different WiFi connection or when you are trying to connect with you mobile data.

App says invalid parameter when you try to register.

The app does not work when I’m not at home. When I’m on the same Wi-Fi it does work. That’s pointless!

After so long the app demands you enter your credit card number to keep using it. It’s also a junky app to begin with. It is slow and clunky to use. I am thinking I may have to get another dvr at this point.

I subscribed and paid 4,90$ for a year. Subscription failed & not working, didn’t refund my money (even though I emailed) and now I’m afraid if they still my money cause I did biggest mistake and used my debit card for purchasing. Don’t download & Don’t use
