## Yabous Finance Description
“Yabous Finance” is a secure government-owned closed-loop financial application system developed and operated by the Ministry of Finance and Planning – State of Palestine.
The application is strictly designed for authorized government employees and enables secure digital payments within approved government services.


Key features include:
	•	The app is owned and operated by the Ministry of Finance and Planning – State of Palestine
	•	This application is a government internal closed-loop payment system.
	•	It is restricted to verified government employees only(No public registration is available.)
	•	Secure financial application for government employees
	•	Payment of approved utility and governmental services
	•	Direct clearing and settlement with authorized billers
	•	Real-time transaction tracking
	•	High-level security and authentication mechanisms
	•	This application is NOT a bank or financial institution
	•	No cash withdrawal or deposit is supported
	•	No peer-to-peer transfers are allowed
	•	The system operates under a closed governmental settlement model (The system operates via direct clearing and settlement between the Ministry and authorized billers, without involving user bank accounts.)
	•	Use is restricted to authorized users only
