They calculate the charges based on the distance traveled, and on occasions when I wasn't familiar with the route, some drivers took longer paths without notifying me, resulting in higher fares. Unlike Uber, where payments are conveniently processed through the app, here, you're required to make instant payments in cash or through UPI, which can be less user-friendly. Adding to the frustration is the seemingly emotionless grievance redressal department. But the app needs serious work. It hangs and glitches like nobody’s business. Removes details of ongoing rides but also doesn’t allow to book new rides. Another issue I noticed is that it generates the same OTP/PIN for all my rides. Seems like a loophole that can be misused.
