Annoying ads, way too many, moving to other hardware/sofware.

I can not access my cameras, the images are freezing! The cameras disconnect, i ve tried 1000 times to reset the camera, the wi fi, the connectiond everything seems to be fine but the app it s not working! I can t follow my kids and dogs! Please do fix this issues!

Working very bad, tried to start video without success: video plyback failed ! Try again and again many times. The sd card is the best. Issue is the application

I never saw an app like this to almost force me to install some adds, when you start it. It is horrible to push customers to install something. After 2-3 min fighting the advertising… you can get it ! Horrible! I do not recommend to anybody!

This app closes instantly whenever I try to open it. Once I updated to iOS17, it’s useless. Please do something about this!

Since the last update every time I open the app it force me to go to the Apple store for allegedly another update, which is not the case. So the only way to access the webcam is now through the Apple store.

I used the ycc365. Cameras connected fast and all was good. On plus version , the delay and the time that app is connecting to the cameras is very high. I need to wait 30-45 seconds. I have a paid subscription so I expect that all to be smooth while there isn’t. My opinion: buy cameras that don t use this software. Instead improving it, they are making it worse
