Hi I have problem on for your Yeelock app , when I tap the app cannot function once open the app immediately close any solution can help?

I’m suddenly unable to unlock all my bluetooth yeelocks! There is no guide how to troubleshoot. This is so dangerous

Questions: 1. What happen if the battery is flat and the lock is on? How can the user unlocked? 2. The QR code binding is only once. What if there is a need to change phone? How to bind again? 3. How do the user know if the battery is going to flat soon?

The apps shown connecting and running then disappear without unlocking the device. Restart the phone a few times, it’s the same issues.

Steps to reproduce: 1) Go to Keys, select Key, Settings and turn off Auto Unlock. 2) Go to another screen and go back to Key Settings. Auto Unlock is back to on.

Easy to install but have some Chinese wording in the apps! Hope the apps have function to auto lock and unlock at certain timing!

I m very disappointed with the Yeelock performance It worked only for 2 days Now it’s showing something on Chinese which I cannot understand cos it’s in Chinese,,..no English option I hope to connect with people dealing for trouble shoot as soon possible Thanks
