I don’t want that and I can‘t disble these popups. Also their GDPR data collecion window is shown very often. At first i declined every data collection option in the endless GDPR window, but a few times later when i opened the app again, the GDPR window was reset and shown again. It only disappeared when I accepted everything. If you have a surveillance camera with a SD card installed, there is no way to save the selected video directly to your phone. Instead you have to remove the SD card , put it into a card reader and transfer the data. I contacted the support and the told me that this is the only way. To my input that in some cases you need a ladder to access the card, when the device is mounted on the ceiling, they told me to use a screen recorder. The other point is that the timestamp on the viewer doesn’t mach the time on the card. No clue how to solve this, as all settings were ok( e.g. summer/wintertime). Finally the navigation during playing the video is a pain in the a…! No slider to navigate in the video. I ve two cameras but I will switch to another system that is more user friendly if this missing feature and bug fixes won’t be delivered soon.
