Es desesperante intentar abrir la aplicación, llena de publicidad cada vez que se abre pero lo hoy ha sido el colmo: al abrir me ofrecía una suscripción de un año al servicio premium de kami y no he podido cerrarlo hasta pasados 5 minutos e intentando cerrarlo por poco lo contrato. Una tomadura de pelo total. Buscando programa alternativo para iOS sino tendré que buscar otras cámaras. MUY MAL

Llevo bastante años con estas cámaras, haciéndolas funcionar en el modo MicroSD. Está funcion te permitía que la cámara funcionara de manera autónoma, y podías ver de forma remota las grabaciones, pudiendo grabar de forma continua o solamente las detecciones, se ha vuelto imposible. El motivo es el bombardeo de anuncios constantes, algunos de terceros, y otros de la propia nube del sistema, para que te suscribas (y así se eliminan los primeros). Como confié en la marca y compré varias cámaras, ahora o me suscribo, o cambio de marca comprando nuevas cámaras de otra marca…. UNA ESTAFA EN TODA REGLA !!

Sois unos ladrones. Compré hace bastantes años 2 cámaras Yi Dome 1024. Las cámaras iban genial y la app funcionaba de lujo. Ahora años después intentan vender su sistema de suscripción en la nube y no dejan ni usar el sistema de vigilancia en las tarjetas micro SD. Si alguien entra en mi casa a robar ni me entero. Hale pues tiraré a la basura mis cámaras y borraré la app.

La app al principio no tenía publicidad, han ido metiendo más y mas publicidad hasta el punto de hacerla inutilizable, saltan anuncios constantemente y al abrirla tardas un año en llegar a la cámara cerrando ventanas y pop ups . Devolveré las cámaras y cambiaré de marca.

La aplicación es imposible de usar, se les tenía que caer la cara de vergüenza, todo publicidad sin parar en una aplicación de una cámara que tienes en tu casa y la cual has pagado, abres la aplicación te empiezan a salir ventanas de publicidad que se abren solas, se sale de la aplicación te abre el navegador con más publicidad y después se sale del navegador y te lleva a la AppStore para que te descargues la aplicación de Shein por ejemplo, todo esto sin que tú hagas nada, solo por abrir la aplicación para ver tu cámara.

Edito: 25/03/2025, después de mi voto solo se dignan a darme un descuento del 20%, lamentable estos de YI. Recomiendo denunciar la app en Apple. A los usuarios nos interesa nuestra privacidad, por lo que enviar mis datos a más de 160 anunciantes como que no! 
Esta app en cada actualización se lucen más con las cookies y anuncios. Es un abuso después de haber pagado el producto que bombardeen de esta manera. Recomiendo no actualizar la app hasta que indiquen lo que modifiquen, en caso de indicar “minor bug fixes” voy a quedarme como estoy para siempre!
