Taught me how to budget and save up
This is a really great application and system didn’t imagine that it would work that great I was sceptical and beginning.

YNAB helped me pay down over $10k in credit debt while saving more than I ever have in my life. I use it for my personal and business budgets.
This app is baffling most of the time. I have all this rollover money from neglecting my budget that isn’t accurate and I cannot figure out how to reset it.
Great way to track expenses and manage money!
If you’re new and it’s confusing, stick with it and watch lots of tutorial videos! Especially Hannah’s! It takes a little getting used to, but holy cow, so worth it! I’m out of credit card debt and living within my means for the first time in 15 years, even though I changed jobs and took a pay cut, soon after getting YNAB. Weirdly enough, I’m in better control of my money and setting aside savings, which I was never able to do, even when I was earning more. I only wish I had found it sooner.
I just wanted to tell you I hate the new app. In the accounts it only shows the working balance and it use to show the cleared balance also. Now i have to go back and forth to see the cleared balance in order to balance the account. It should show the cleared balance as that the one thing that matters when balancing your account.
I have been a long time YNAB fan - I’ve been using it for more than a decade now. I was frustrated with the unreliable bank connections of the past but stuck with it. But recently, they’ve decided they’re going to have some YNAB convention and they’re spamming all of their customers about it frequently. I haven’t found any way to opt out of it. It’s inappropriate to market to your customers this way without providing a way to easily opt out.
As a 6+ year YNAB user, Putting ads for your conferences in app is a slippery slope and erodes my trust significantly. Use your other channels (podcasts, YouTube, website) - it is very concerning you think it’s okay to do this to your paying customers. Don’t pollute your app, not okay! —- Response to developer response: what a nothing burger of a reply, I went to use YNAB today and literally forgot what I was doing because the popup happened again. If I dismiss it once, don’t show it again! I used to love this but if you think this abuse is okay behavior, you lost a big supporter and evangelist today.
It’s the best program ever to get your money on track
Doesn’t connect to some basic Chase credit cards. It says that it can share with another but doesn’t have that option under settings and privacy like it is stated under support.
