Schade das es noch nicht auf Deutsch es gibt. Noch schlimmer aber finde ich, dass viele Serien nicht sehen kann, obwohl die schon free sein sollen. Bei YouTube kann ich gerade Practice Daughter sehen, aber in der App , trotz VIP, wird sie mir nicht angezeigt. Daher nur 3 Sterne.
Hi, I subscribed to your streaming service because I wanted to watch the VIP series‘… But everytime the App tells me to subscribe and I can’t watch it. Does the process of the payment need more than 24h or did I do something wrong?

Please add an app for AppleTV. I joins VIP and I can only watch on my MacBook or my iPhone.
Please develop an App for SmartTV or AppleTV it doesn’t really work to cast the series. I paid for VIP to watch a series on my phone 😩 this can’t be right. Please fix this. I love your content the dramas are so great, but the trouble takes away all the joy.

แอปดีนะคะมีเรื่องสนุกๆเยอะเลยค่ะแต่มีข้อเสียอยู่อย่างเดียวค่ะคือเรื่องการแปลเป็นการแปลที่อ่านแล้วห้ะมาก อ่านแล้วขมวดคิ้วอ่านแล้วหงุดหงิดแปลเหมือนไม่อยากแปลแปลเหมือนไม่ตั้งใจเหมือนใช้Aiแปลมันทำให้หนังสนุกๆดูน่าเบื่อดูน่าหงุดหงิดจนทนดูต่อไม่ได้ค่ะอยากให้แก้ส่วนตรงนี้ให้หน่อยค่ะสำหรับอย่างอื่นถือว่าโอเครเลยค่ะแต่ยกเว้นการแปลนะคะแย่มาก!!!
ถ้าสมัครสมาชิกโดยตัดเงินผ่าน Truemoney wallet หรือ Line Pay จะไม่สามารถยกเลิกเองได้ ต้องติดต่อผ่านแอพหรืออีเมล์เท่านั้น ถ้าไม่ติดต่อขอยกเลิกก็จะตัดเงินอัตโนมัติไปเรื่อยๆ แย่มากๆ เวลาดูหนังหรือซีรี่ส์ก็ไม่บันทึกไว้ให้เลยว่าดูถึงไหนแล้ว
