Good morning. I was charged twice despite no longer an account. Please return the charged to my account, as Im only watching Youku channel if there any movies or series that only youku is available. Any update PLEASE????

I am an ios user and subscribed via gcash online in my laptop. There is no option to delete my account or unsubscribe. There is also no way to disconnect my gcash since I paid via laptop (youku in web browser). Since I could not unsubscribe, my funds from gcash was deducted. How can I stop this?

Hi, I made payment today for PHP129.00 monthly sub fee for VIP standard but still can’t view the movie it’s still asking me to join VIP. Please look in to these error this is the first time happen to me I always may sub fee manually via GCASH. Thank you.

How can I unsubscribe the vip? Because Im worries that it might charge me again and again in the future

im ios user and paid my subscription via gcash, even my log in on this app is the phone # on my gcash acct, i’ve been charge but the subscription is INEFFECTIVE i checked this issue online and they said the vip prompt will always be there but u can still play and download it. but as for mine IT DIDNT WORK their feedback feature for reporting issue keeps refreshing in less than a minute and i cant even fully explain the help i needed my BIGGEST WORRY IS this might CHARGE me AGAIN next month. 😭
