12 months after cancelling the monthly subscription I have been charged £89.99 for this app, they won’t help and say apple have taken this money but in my Apple account it shows no purchase and and shows as expired in subscriptions. In turn I can’t request a refund from Apple, have reported as a scam or fraud but have no responses from Apple or yousician. Disappointed as the app was decent.
A really good app however I’ve been waiting 6 months for some errors to be fixed in a song but despite numerous emails and generic responses still not done….
Great app but would be a lot better for a more learning element of scales, keys, chord progressions, caged etc
when you try to do more then one thing at a time it gives you ads for the premium, it means you can barely do anything, it’s a shame as it would be such a good app, what a waste.

Great for learning guitar. I am sometimes using it for 1 to 2 hours at a time. However, when I look at the record of my activity it says 3 minutes. Why does it do this? Surely this must be one of the easiest bits of software to fix. After 6 months using this it has become really annoying. I’m following the chords and playing the correctly but they aren’t always recognised. For example, Em. Em. I play e minor twice one of them is marked correctly and the other incorrectly despite me playing the same note. I definitely will not be resubscribing. Off to try another app and hopefully it will work.
Would give zero stars. It’s completely random if it picks up the notes you play or not. Don’t waste your money
I’ve only just started using the app. When tuning my guitar, it was confusing 2 of the strings but I carried on thinking it was just the tuner. When I got to practicing, it was still confusing the 2 strings so I can’t even get past the first lesson
Didn’t realize signing up for monthly meant you only got Yousician songs? Why? Really let’s the brand of Yousician down by filtering out real music like this. Pretty disappointed, seems like a money grab to me. Showing that you’re just as corporate as every other app out there I guess. Well done Yousician.
